Miriam Greenlee, the loyal, caring, and capable Program Director of the Community Food Pantry for 17 years, passed away on August 28th after a brief illness. Miriam began as a volunteer with her husband Curtis and then became the Program Director. She had many gifts – encouragement, a sense of humor, fairness, and a passion to help those in need – to name a few. She set the highest standard for quality at the Pantry, and all of us who serve there will commit to maintaining and growing the services she so capably directed.
